We strongly believe in customer privacy. We do not sell or share customer data with any other organization for any purpose. A faceprint or any information derived from the operation of a face recognition system may not be sold or shared except with the informed, written consent of the individual whose information is being sold or shared.
Ensure facial recognition technology does not violate civil liberties.
Kogniz disallows the sharing and misuse of private facial recognition data for any purpose, especially those that risk civil liberties or risk human life. Kogniz does not enter into any agreement with any organization that uses facial recognition technology for discrimination, profiling, risking life, or law enforcement abuse. Kogniz mitigates law enforcement abuse by ensuring our technology is not used to encroach on individual freedoms.
Prevent government use of our facial recognition technology.
Kogniz does not enter into any agreement with any government entity. Kogniz will not use our facial recognition technology for mass surveillance, discrimination, profiling, risking life, or law enforcement abuse. Kogniz or its’ customers will not enter into any agreement with a government entity for any purpose, and any such agreement is in breach of contract and is unlawful.
Customers must agree to comply with our code of conduct.
